Next Steps to finish your booking and prepare for your stay!

I want to personally thank you for booking one of our properties. As one of the leading vacation-rental management companies in Central Minnesota, we’ve managed over 4,000 bookings, so you’re in very good hands.

To avoid any confusion, here’s a quick breakdown of our process:

✅ Post-Booking Steps

  • Payment Schedule
  • 50% of the reservation is charged at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 50% is automatically processed 8–10 days before arrival
  • Complete the Guest Portal
  • You’ve already received a message with a Guest Portal link.
  • Please open the link and fill out the basic information so we can finish processing your booking.
  • Sign the Rental Agreement
  • At the bottom of the Guest Portal is your Rental Agreement.
  • Please read it carefully and click on it to sign to ensure this property is a good fit for your group—this step unlocks the rest of your pre-arrival information.
  • Receive Your Online Property Guide
  • Once the rental agreement is signed, our system automatically sends you the Online Property Guide.
  • This guide includes videos, property details, instructions, and everything you need to prepare for your stay.
  • Please forward it to all other adults in your group so everyone has the information they need.
  • Access Codes & Reminders
  • 3 days before arrival, and again on the day of check-in, you’ll receive at text to the number you used to book with:
    • Your door code
    • The link to the Online Property Guide

 

Personal Support

  • I personally reach out to every guest as well.
  • You’ll have my personal cell number, and you can call or text anytime with questions or issues.

 

Optional Add-On Services

  • We partner with a third-party service called Besty to offer:
    • Grocery delivery
    • Firewood
    • Additional rental items
  • These messages are completely optional, unrelated to your booking, and only meant to offer convenience.

 

Coming Soon:

  • We’re rolling out a new Online Area Guide to help you plan the rest of your vacation.
  • You’ll also receive a free membership to our Vacation Club, which can save guests thousands of dollars on the rest their trip.

If you haven’t already, please open the Guest Portal, click “Finish Booking,” and complete the rental agreement.
