As the season starts to slow down, I am finally getting the time to start to develop this website a bit more!

We far exceeded any expectations going into this! On all levels!
The market is certainly nothing like we have ever seen. At one point this spring I sold four lake homes in three weeks for an average price of $600,000.
So far our sales this year of lake homes have averaged about 150% of county accessed market value! Our sales of residential homes have been about 135%. I have had some exceptions, but overall those are the averages.
There are several things we do that other area brokerages in town have not copied yet. Please reach out and I would love to discuss some of it in detail. We are in historic times and I feel like we are making hay while the sun shines.
Aside from working with Sellers and Buyers, we were able to partner up with a number of investors and folks who regularly use their lake homes to create significant income channels by renting their property out while they were not using it!
The unique, hands-on approach I have developed for Vacation Management has been proven very effective. After careful study of several competitors, I have re-invented several aspects of the industry. We took a few months to really sit down and use our past experience of seeing the good, the bad, and the ugly of the day-to-day Short-term management of vacation homes and develop an A to Z hands-on approach to the industry that I believe positions us with a significantly greater value proposition compared to our competition.
We were able to add a vacation home a week over the summer without marketing or even planning to grow that fast!
